My passion for yoga started 23 years ago, where it initially helped me with my preparations for pregnancy & childbirth. Throughout motherhood & pretty much a full-time career I practiced various styles of yoga regularly bringing calm & balance to my very busy life. Yoga grounds me & continues to teach me to nurture & connect with my body & mind like no other physical activity.

In 2019, I finally qualified as a yoga instructor in Goa, India which had been a lifelong dream. Today I am 54, I feel strong & healthy thanks to this amazing practice dating back 2,500 years. I am truly honored to be a teacher who brings the spirit, message & methodology of yoga to others, empowering physical health & emotional well-being.

My online classes come to you from the South of France which has now been my home for the last 20 years, having moved here from London when my children were just babies.
